AVIAN FLU KIT ORDER FORM
Medica Consulting can supply you with our Avian Flu Kits.
Each kit contains the following;
3 x disposable gowns
1 x 100 latex disposable gloves
1 x bottle of disinfectant
1 x antibacterial hand wash
1 x 50 water purifying tablets
1 x 200 paper hand towel
1 x 160 antibacterial wipes
3 x hand washing instruction sheets
1 x contact list for infected employees
1 x info list for infected employees
30 x plastic rubbish liners
All of this comes in a large plastic container with a lid which you can also use for a disposal bin with the liners for hand towels, infected gowns, masks etc. it is essential that all infected or possibly infected materials are disposed of in a liner and contained in a sealable container.
We also supply the recommended N95 P2 respirator masks which are an essential item for avian flu protection. These are an additional item to the kit and quantities are based on individual numbers of staff*
